Shipping only within Australia. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact me for prices.
Please note: Once your order is placed, it may take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. Shipping day is usually Friday but times may vary. Please email me if you have a specific date in mind.
Tracking information: If your item is parcel size, Australia Post offers tracking without extra cost (minimum parcel post cost within Aus is $8.30+bag cost). For small items that may fall under "letter", the item will be "Registered" to have tracking - for small items this is about $5. Minimum shipping cost on all items in store is $7.
Postage times: Standard post (AusPost) within Australia takes about a week.
Express: If express post is required please email me and I can advise the extra cost which can be paid via PayPal in addition to your order cost.
Lost or damaged items: In the event your order is lost at fault of AusPost, an enquiry can be lodged with AusPost to attempt to claim a refund. Only when Auspost have provided a refund can I replace your order. I can accept no responsibility for packages that are damaged at the fault of the postal service. Please advise via email if you would like to purchase additional insurance on your item.
